GUARANTEE:     One year from date of purchase, flaps are guaranteed against breakage under normal operating conditions. Any failed flap must be returned to Viking for analysis.

TERMS:    Net 30 Days upon credit approval.

ARTWORK:    All new artwork must have prior customer approval before production. A paper proof will be sent or faxed for approval.

ORDERS:    Can be faxed, mailed or emailed. Viking cannot accept responsibility for any errors made in telephoned orders. Orders should be confirmed in writing.
